Job Description / Responsibility

* Assist in develop, review and revise the Human Resources Management Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
* Assist in keeping up date with latest developments in HR matters and to develop HR based systems to ensure better in-house ability to manage personnel issues.
* Assist in providing standards, advice and guidance to line Departmental Heads to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assessment) of employees within the set time frame
* To ensure job description for all staff.
* To take initiative to solve day-to-day staff matters.
* Responsible for preparation of contract paper and its implementation those who go for training funded by or arranged by CRP.
* Responsible for preparation of 5 years Human Resource Plan for CRP and updating yearly basis.


Educational Requirements

Masters in Mgt/Public ad and MBA preferable in HRM from any reputed institution.


Experience Requirements

* Minimum 5 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGOs, Development Agencies, Education (Universities), Event Management, Hospitals/Clinic/Diagonastic Centre


Additional Job Requirements

* Age 30 to 45 year(s)
The candidate must have computer knowledge on Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & Internet Browsing.

Salary Range

* Negotiable
