Job Description / Responsibility

* PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Managerial and supervisory responsibilities relating to the Human Resource Management and Administration
* HUMAN RESOURCE POLICY
* Human Resource Management Information System
* Perform tasks relating to:
* Recruitment & Selection
* Compensation Management
* Performance Management
* Training and Development
* Employee Relations
* HR Planning
* HR Audit
* Disciplinary Actions
* Employee counseling and grievance handling
* ACT AS A
* Business and Strategic Partner
* Employee Advocate
* DEVELOP HR & ADMIN RELATED PLAN AND BUDGET
* Oversee all administrative functions i.e., maintenance, safety & security measures, management of company vehicles & logistic support etc.


Educational Requirements

Master with major in HRM from a reputed public or private university


Experience Requirements

* Minimum 2 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Organization Development/Process Improvement, Training & Development, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)


Additional Job Requirements

* Must be hard working and structured.
