Job Description / Responsibility

* Assist in maintaining personal file and database of all employees.
* Assit in develop, review and revise the Human Resources Manangement Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
* Assit in keeping update with latest developments in HR matters and to develop IT based systems to ensure better in-house ability to manage personnel issues.
* Assit in providing standards, advice and guidence to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assesment) of employees within the set time frame.


Educational Requirements

* MBA in HRM from reputed university.
* Post Graduate Diploma in HRM is preferable.
* Training in related field is an advantage.


Experience Requirements

* 5 to 8 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Factory HR Administration, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, HRIS/HR Database Management, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Managemen
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Governement Organizations, Buying House (Garments), Multinational Companies


Additional Job Requirements

* Age 30 to 35 year(s)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility.
* Good command over English, fluency in speaking and writing English.
* Very familiar with computer literacy (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
* Familiar with HR software.
