Description | No. of Vacancies : Few Job Description / Responsibility * To maintain the daily attendance of employees, input & preservation of corrected daily attendance and overtime records. * Maintaining Personal files, service records and its updating. * To provide necessary supports to the Recruitment team and input the data of newly recruited employees. * To make liaison and coordination with the Training team. * To maintain the procedure of disciplinary proceedings. * To prepare the bills – final settlement, maternity leave benefit bill, subsistence allowance bill, etc. * To inquire into the allegations being instructed by the management and report thereto accordingly. * To prepare Payroll preparation sheet and send for necessary checking. * To prepare Salary sheet, pay slip etc. Educational Requirements Masters in any discipline. Computer Knowledge is must. Additional Job Requirements * Age below or equal to 30 year(s) PGDPM degree will be given preference. Salary Range * Negotiable Other Benefits As per company rules.
