Job Description / Responsibility

* Assist department head to conduct HR audit and survey.
* Assist the department head to formulate and implementation of policies.
* Maintain the HRIS.
* Payroll knowledge.
* Preparing salary sheet
* To maintain probation, confirmation and fixation of salary.
* Preparing, implementing & maintaining the pay-scale and allowances of the Group.
* To prepare, coordinate & release media advertisement for recruitment, publicity & press release.
* To provide all necessary supports/ services to all other divisions / departments.


Educational Requirements

* Masters in any discipline, MBA or PGDPM in HRM will be given preference.
* With good knowledge in payroll software.


Experience Requirements

* 1 to 2 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Managemen, HRIS/HR Database Management
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven & Knitting)


Additional Job Requirements

* Age 26 to 30 year(s)
* Only females are allowed to apply.
* Should have vast knowledge on BEPZA Instruction and Bangladesh Labour Law-2006.
* The candidate should have a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English, posses good analytical and communication skills.
* Good knowledge and exposure to modern day HR management practices in terms of motivating the people.

Salary Range
