No. of Vacancies : 01 Job Description / Responsibility * Sound practical working experience in IPO & Post IPO issues of the Company. * Maintenance of Statutory Records & Registers of the Company * Filing of various e-forms with the Registrar of Joint stock companies & Firms; * Alteration of the MOA / AOA and Name of the company; appointment of Directors. * Must be proficient in Resolutions/ Documents & Liaison with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, * Experience to work with Issue Manager, External Auditor, Credit Rating Agency. * Knowledge of dealing with Stock Exchange for compliances of Listing Agreements. * Experience of Filing all statutory forms and records as per Listing Agreement of Stock Exchange. Educational Requirements * B.Com (Hons) . M.Com (Preferably in Accounting) * ACS (Associate Chartered Secretary) from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Managers of Bangladesh. Experience Requirements * 5 to 8 year(s) * The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Company Secretary/Share Division, Finance, Internal Audit * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies Additional Job Requirements * Age 30 to 40 year(s) * Only males are allowed to apply. * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to foster a cooperative work environment * Smart, energetic and wiling to work under pressure. * Excellent interpersonal skill. * Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali. * Basic computer skills with specialization in office applications Salary Range * Negotiable Other Benefits N/A Job Location Dhaka
