| Description | No. of Vacancies : 01 Job Description / Responsibility * Reporting to the Director ( Finance) / Group Advisor. * Preparing periodic financial statements and financial forecasts on a regular basis. * Day to Day monitoring of Bank accounts and fund management. * Overall control and supervision of the functions of insurance matters of the group. * Dealing with matters related to Income Tax of the companies. * Dealing with banks, financial institutions and foreign lender for arranging finance for project at competitive cost. * Day to day monitoring /reporting /follow-up and ensuring best rate of charges/commissions /cost of fund of different banks offering services to the different units of the group. * Dealing/ensuring lower exchange rate for import & higher rate for export proceeds. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Educational Requirements FCA/FCMA Experience Requirements * 15 to 21 year(s) * The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven & Knitting) Additional Job Requirements * Age 40 to 50 year(s) Minimum 15 years experience in the related field Experience in Knit composite Garments & Textiles would be a plus.
