No. of Vacancies : 01 Job Description / Responsibility * The position is based in RDRS Rangpur under HRM unit and main responsibilities are as follows: * Working directly with query design, Implement database design recovery solutions. * Automation of database procedures, generating/maintaining statistics. * Assist in developing, implementing and updating of HRIS plan and strategies. * Ensure data collection, entry, preservation, analysis and interpretation of findings. * Assist in monitoring and evaluation of HRIS system * Provide various HRIS reports or lists as and whenever required for HR actions or for management decision making, Ensure access of HRIS data to selective users with selective information. * Provide soft copy of relevant database to HR staff and to clients upon request. * Work within a team * Any other job assign by the supervisor. Educational Requirements * At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ MIS/ CSE * or * Masters in any discipline with at least 12 months Computer Diploma Experience Requirements * Minimum 3 year(s) Additional Job Requirements * Age below or equal to 35 year(s) * In depth knowledge in Visual basic. Net/ Visual Basic 6.0 Projects/ C# (VB or web). Net Frame work/ SQL server 2000/2005. * In depth knowledge on ASP, ASPX. Net Ajax, CSS * Excellent capability of writing complex SQL queries, entities and objects with function and procedure * Should be self-motivated, self-learner, high achiever and ability to work under pressure * Excellent communication skill in English * Sound knowledge on OOP principles, design patterns etc. * Analyze architect and design applications, database and report * In depth knowledge in database and crystal report.
