| Description | Job Description / Responsibility * Act as an IT Ambassador to the general users to help or guide them to fulfill all kinds of IT related queries. * Record, manage and follow-up all IT related issues as the first level support among the users in order to enhance the level of satisfaction. * Provide resolution of workstation (desktop and laptop) based issues to ensure prompt and effective service for the incumbent users. * Assist to up-hold IT Security Policy among the IT users to ensure better IT environment within ACME. * Job location: Corporate Office / Dhamrai Factory. Educational Requirements Diploma Engineering in Computer Science/ IT or higher degree is preferable. However in case of experienced personnel academic qualification may be relaxed. Experience Requirements * Na Additional Job Requirements * Age below or equal to 30 year(s) * Knowledge on Hardware Installation/Maintenance/Trouble shooting, knowledge about LAN. * Candidate should have strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
