| Description | Job Description / Responsibility * Act as an expert and provide through leadership in Solution Management * Understand and analyze customer pain point and requirements; then structure company service solution to meet these requirements. * Be responsible for product solution, prepare needed technical documentations, participate technical exchanges etc.. * Prepare quotation of the solutions and facilitate the biding. * Analyze competitors and set up the solution development guidelines. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Experience Requirements * Minimum 2 year(s) Additional Job Requirements * Have over 2 years working experience. * Be familiar with IT technical architecture, software businesses of enterprise platform. * Be familiar with PBX or IPPBX products. Pre-sales or operation experience related to the business of applications and software products is preferred. * Be able to take frequent business trips domestically and internationally * Strong communication skill.
