Title  Manager, Revenue Management (Provisioning & Customer Care Support) 
Description  Job Description / Responsibility

* Department : Technology
* Manage online and batch service provisioning functions to ensure business objectives of the company
* Lead operation and maintenance, system administration and services enhancement of provisioning systems and functions
* Manage numbering, SIM and customer acquisition functions
* Lead in integration of value added service provisioning business processes, functions to support faster access to the market
* Manage, streamline and automate back office operation procedures to the ensure smooth customer services
* Ensure responses of customer complaints and query which are channeled through customer care centers
* Execute cross functional activities and core network team, revenue assurance team, supply chain management team and other stakeholders


Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering / IT from reputed university


Experience Requirements

* Minimum 5 year(s)


Additional Job Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of practical experience in GSM service provisioning and customer care back office support.
* Sound Knowledge in Unix, Oracle, Java, C/C++ and Scripting language
* Hands on experience in Provisioning process management, Customer life cycle management, Resource management, Project management etc.
* Willingness to work outside of normal business hours occasionally.
