Job Description / Responsibility

* To organize Board meeting , keeping minutes of the meeting and ensure implementation of board decisions.
* Dealing with matters relating to compliance with corporate laws , register of joint stock companies , Securities and exchange commissions , Board of Investment.
* Company formation , registration , submission of return to register of joint stock company as per company law.
* Liason with the Auditor & Lawer and corresponding with Trade bodies like BGMEA , BKMEA and Chambers as and when required.


Educational Requirements

* MBA/Masters in any discipline
* Chartered Secretary ship completed


Experience Requirements

* 2 to 4 year(s)


Additional Job Requirements

* 02-03 years experience will be given preference.
* Must be smart , energetic and self motivated.
* Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Salary Range

* Negotiable
