| Description | Job Description / Responsibility * To ensure smooth and effecient operation of cables factory. * To ensure the smooth supply of raw materials, spare parts and other consumables, * To look after the administration & HR related issues of the factory. * Ensure quality of product and follow production schedule. * To keep follow up of smooth product delivery to the customer end. * Develop strategies & implement long run goals of the organization. * Job Location: Maona, Gazipur Educational Requirements B.Sc in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or M.Sc from any reputed university. Experience Requirements * Minimum 10 year(s) Additional Job Requirements * 10 years experience in managerial position in similar industry or in any manufacturing industry. * Additional Job Requirements * Adequate knowledge in operation of cable industry will be an advantage, * Vast experience on handling factory related issues. * Effective planning and organizing skills.
