Finance and Admin Officer

Title  Finance and Admin Officer 
Description  Job Description / Responsibility

* The Finance and Admin. Officer is responsible to work closely with Finance and Admin. Dept. to ensure all the financial and administrative affairs is being carried out according to the policy and procedures of Concern Worldwide and the respective donors.
* Major areas of responsibility:
* Support WRA,B secretariat in preparation, revision of budget for WRA,B programs.
* Assist in the process of reviewing and tracking expenditures according to the implementation plan.
* Prepare financial reports according to Donors' requirements and assist Concern's Finance Department to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
* Maintenance of all financial and administrative documents.
* Arrange necessary resources and preparation for procurement and other processes.
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the WRA,B secretariat.
* Contribute to the process of implementing quality programmes by ensuring that the HAP standard of accountability is conceptualized and effectively implemented throughout the organization, and at the country programme level.


Educational Requirements

The candidate we are looking for will have a Masters Degree in relevant discipline


Experience Requirements

* Minimum 2 year(s)


Additional Job Requirements

At least 2 years progressively responsible work experience in the area of finance and management preferably in an international organization, good understanding of standard financial and administrative policies and procedures, donor regulations especially USAID and DFID, Excellent organizational, planning and logistical skills with a proactive attitude and attention to detail and knowledge on dealing with partners including individual consultants, national and international NGOs.
