Position: Project Manager-BSS

Job Description / Responsibility

* Supervise various SWAP activities like Site Survey, Site Drawing, Equipment Delivery, Renovation, Testing, Commissioning, Optimization, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of SWAP BTS.
* Supervise the Dismantle, Packing & Return of existing BTS.
* Supervise the RNP, Drive test, Transmission Planning, KPI monitoring etc for existing and SWAP BTS.
* Supervise the preparation for Hardware Acceptance Test, Software AT, Quality AT and Service
* Acceptance Test of different nodes, communicate with customer for their schedule, testing and integration plan.
* Facilitate and ensure the day-to-day activity of the Project team.
* Supervise Sub-contractors daily work strictly to ensure project delivery as per Project schedule.
* Assume accountability for project delivery, technical and financial monitoring and reporting to Project
* steering committee.
* Responsible for Risk Management, SWOT Analysis, Preparing WBS, Control Quality & Cost of the
* Project, supervise site engineer/supervisor’s daily work and Time Management.
* Responsible for Create Delivery Note, Return Note, Faulty Tag etc and to ensure timely delivery of
* Hardware & Software on site.
* Undertake any other activities that may be assigned by the Project Steering Committee.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline from any reputed institution.
* 2- 3 years of relevant working experience.
* Ability to communicate at all level with logical thinking. Good analytical, organizational & interpersonal skills.
* Good command in English.

Position: Regional Project Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Position: QA/QC Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility:

* Must have working experience with the following product.
o BTS installation:
o Microwave installation
o Core Network installation
* Quality concept on Telecom equipment installation.
* Concept of Project Quality Management.
* Have a good knowledge of product hardware.
* Have a good concept to prepare different hardware Quality standardization.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline from any reputed institution.
* 1 to 2 year of experience in telecom.
* Computer literacy: MS office, Windows operating, Mail forwarding & drafting.
* Excellent team player, interpersonal skills
* Good communication skill in English.

Position: Product Survey & Design Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility:

* Survey experience of different types of BTS like 3900, 3900A, 3012 etc.
* Survey experience with different operator like GP, AXB, Banglalink, Teletalk etc.
* Experience on different core product like ATCA, MGW, USUA, SGSN, GGSN, GPRS, HLR etc
* Experience of Datacom product like Routers and Switches.
* Experience on different BSS product such as BSC, GTCS.
* Work experience on telecom power system.
* MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* AutoCAD

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in telecommunications engineering or equivalent
* 2-3 years experiences in the related fields.
* Experience in Telecommunication sector will be highly preferable.
* Ability to find out instant solution for various construction related problem.
* Excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
