Assistant Manager-Direct Sales (Chittagong)
Location: Chittagong

Responsibilities

• Setting strategies on the required sales issues.
• Directing and leading the sales teams to achieve the target.
• Analyzing the market competition for setting different sales techniques.
• Maintaining coordination with agencies.
• Conducting primary interview for Direct Sales team.
• Providing training to the direct sales on products & services and to understand the target market.
• Reviewing and measuring executives’ performance of Direct Sales personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate/BBA from any discipline with minimum CGPA 3.0.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales (preferably in ISP industry).
• Ability to develop and drive a highly motivated team.
• Good presentation and communication skill.
• Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong orientation about the local culture.

Territory Executive-Chittagong
Location: Chittagong

Responsibilities:

• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' need and requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate/BBA from any discipline with minimum CGPA 3.0.
• Fluent in English and Bengali.
• Good presentation and communication skill.
